Mead Spiral Notebook has too light ruled lines and significant ink bleed thru, Not worth the price at all
1. BLUE RULE LINES ARE TOO LIGHT: The blue rule "college lines" are so faint (light) that I need additional lighting to see the lines well enough to keep my writing within the bounds of the blue lines on the pages of the College Ruled Mead Notebook. The print density of the blue lines in this College-ruled, Spiral Bound Notebook--a measure of lightness vs darkness-- is inadequate to see the blue ruled lines while I'm trying to write.
2. BALL POINT INK BLEEDS THROUGH the Mead PAPER. I use Paper-Mate InkJoy brand ball point pens for my writing. In addition to the black ink pens, I also use the blue and red pens a lot from the set. The ink bleeds thru so badly that it makes writing on the back-side page illegible for clear records and letters.
3. These notebooks are so poor I've switched to another brand, COLORZ by Norcross. I'm so disappointed to find that Mead is producing such a POOR PRODUCT.
