Solid/Not Solid
The guitar is unplayable with terrible dead frets. The wood might be solid but the build quality on recording kings has been miserable in my purchase experiences.

far superior to the original pickup
I have bought from this seller before and they offer some very nice sounding pickups at a very reasonable price. This "mudbucker" is no exception. For what a mudbucker is and should do this one is far superior to the original pickup. For what it's worth, I ended up wiring the pickup in parallel which took a touch of the mud away and brought a little more clarity to the table to my ears.

Power from the great fusion reactor in the sky
