Item received quickly and packaged well. I knew the item may have light soiling, but didn't expect a coffee / tea stain on it. The item didn't inflate at all and was sent back. Communication from the company was good and a refund received. Any company can have issues with things not working , but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Had the bed inflated i would have kept it, looked good quality and for the price good value.
