Too much lining - baggy and loose inside.

I like the style and all the pockets, but dang! With all the floppy, loose, extra lining it's very difficult to find anything in the main compartment. I'm considering cutting the lining out but don't know if that would be a bigger mess. I don't know if they're all made like this or if I got "the one". It's annoying, but I like the style, quality is okay, and value. However, the lining has got to go.
