  I won this phone 3 times, each time seller relisted. Only after 3 weeks he agreed to a reasonable price. Described as "factory unlocked", " unlocked for use on any network". Turned it on, saw T-Mobile screen, so not factory unlocked. Put in 3 diff. sims, said network locked. Seller was unable to explain why he messed up so badly, was making up stories, was unwilling to help, refused to give a tiny 13% refund. I asked that he go to T-Mob store, he replied: "I'm going to stop replying". Terrible
