Now they emailed me and said they cannot refund me and l have to go on ebay platform myself and try to obtain the refund. If you're a seller and cannot refund from your end, then you shouldn't be selling. That is not ebay's responsibly, it's yours. Everyone, avoid this treacherous so called merchant.
