Thinner, but still better...
1 of 1 found this helpful I have bought many weathertech items over the years for various cars and trucks. Their items are pricey but they are still better than the competition. The mats are noticeably thinner than previous years. Hopefully this is not a trend. That's the reason for the 4 stars, otherwise the color match was excellent for the trunk (the gray color for the floor mats are a terrible match).

Mehhhhhhh...
These mats are thinner than previous years. I compared them to the liners I have in my other cars. It might not be impossible to wear through these, but with the previous models it was definitely impossible.
My other gripe is the color. My Toyota Tacoma has the same interior color, as well as my Lexus GS and the front mats match perfectly. When I bought this Prius as a mileage car to run around in, purchasing weathertech floorliners was an afterthought. When they arrived I thought I had ordered the wrong item. I contacted customer service and while they told me nicely that this was the color offered and that my options were to get black instead, my takeaway was disappointment. How did their "color engineers" get the color right with so many vehicles in the Toyota family, but so wrong with this one? Trust me it's not keeping me up at night, but we are paying a premium for these liners, so make them as thick and sturdy as they once were and keep your color consistent.

2nd row, who's going to see them anyway?
0 of 1 found this helpful Who's going to see them anyway? As I've stated on my other reviews these liners are not what they once were. They are not as thick as previous years and the color doesn't entirely match my interior. Anyway, they are in the rear and I highly doubt anyone will ever sit back there.
