Great for my Grandsons!
Had to purchase this Kids K'Nex to add to the other Kid's K'Nex I had given to my grandsons. Easy to use large pieces that connect together to lend imagination to design work! These keep my younger grandsons busy for hours. My only wish is that these were easier to find!

Very accurate title
Excellent beginners tape for walking and low impact aerobics. Having asthma, I am always concerned about getting the right amount of exercise - not too much, not too little. After my doctor's approval, I started on this program 6 days a week. Easy to follow, gives a good beginners workout in the controlled environment of my own home. Seeing the results now! I would recommend for anyone after checking with your doctor. I look forward to starting the 2 mile walk away the pounds at home.
