Not exactly what I was hoping for but....
The webbing is very high quality as evidenced by its buttery soft texture and hand. That said, however, it's much less "heavy duty" than I was expecting. I bought it to re-web a belt that was webbed with a webbing of the same thickness and was expecting the new webbing to be much stiffer that what arrived. However, having since re-webbed the belt and worn it everyday since in the intervening weeks, I am pleased with the outcome. The material is not "rolling over" or not performing otherwise as belt webbing should. To do it again, I would likely opt instead for the Country Brook "scuba" webbing since my guess is that would be better match the original webbing.

Poor finish and uncomfortable....
Compared to the equally inexpensive Canadian-made plastic toilet seat it replaced (which lasted for more than ten years), this toilet seat is poorly molded (not at all sculpted or ergonomic - it's totally flat!) and the finish is all mottled and blotchy. A new plastic toilet seat is supposed to shine and be perfectly polished. Out of the box, this thing displayed swirls and all kinds of what I would call defects in the finish but which are likely just a result of sub-standard manufacturing processes. Will spend more for a U.S. or Canadian-made seat next time. Toilet seat fail!
