Better than I expected!
When I first got these, the earbuds would not stay in my ear. Then I realized that it came with larger earbuds for people with big ears, like me. During a normal workout, 30-40 minutes, they held in great and the sound was as good as my other headphones. Sound quality is not my main focus and as long as I can hear the music and it's not crackly or muffled, I'm happy. I ran for the first time with them yesterday and they stayed in just fine. The only thing I noticed was the main unit slaps against my right jaw/neck as I run. Since I am just training and am focusing mainly on my run, my stride and my posture, the bouncing of the main unit does not bother me. I do periodically have to pull the wire back over to the left side and it reduces the amount the unit bounces. I'm sure there are other things that can help, but it has not bothered me enough to even worry about. For the $12 I paid, I'm just happy they work :)

Better than the local selection!
My wife got a name brand one that barely fits and her phone cannot be in the protective case when using it. I bought this because I did not like hers and I wanted somewhere to put my gym card and drivers license as well as car key. There is plenty of room and I don't even need to remove my case from my phone before putting it in the armband. I like that it has a strap that holds the phone against the plastic from so it does not just slip out and you can dig around inside the pouch easier. The touch screen works better in this one than in my wife's armband, but the bottom of the screen is harder to control while in the armband. It may just be me or the way I put my phone in, but I can still start my workout music and cruise around my other apps just fine. I'm going to order my wife one now.
