Excellent support

These insoles are terrific. I was advised by a shoe specialist to compare these insoles with another pair to see how the insole fits my particular arch. That was very good advice as I found that these Form arch supports feel better on my feet than the other brand I had been using for years. I use them in my running shoes and bought another pair for my walking shoes. They mold to your feet over time or you can heat them to mold them. Form apparently has several styles and these are the high profile style. It is very sturdy and looks like it will last for years. I expect to use them in my hiking boots also as winter approaches and/or I go for a hike. This style takes up a lot of room in the shoe so it would probably not work well for a casual shoe or a smaller sized shoe. I have ordered another pair that are called Ultra-Thin in order to use them in a new pair of sandals which need a bit of support and I hope they will work well with my shoes that don't accommodate these blue Forms. I highly recommend them. I have suffered with foot pain for years and these work really well and I no longer have foot pain after I run or walk several miles.
