    Just what I needed
Arrived quickly, just as described. I was able to continue reading a series I somehow missed getting #8.

    LOVE this book!!
I love the game, and being able to see the design process of the characters and backgrounds is amazing! As a graphic design student it's candy to my brain. (ha ha) I love seeing the process and development of character designs. The notes, thoughts, and finding out that a character that plays such a pivotal role was almost cut from the game and actually was until years into the development of the game is extremely interesting to me.. If you enjoyed the game, you'll appreciate this bit of insight and being able to get a closer look at the things that are trying to kill you without actually being killed. I myself love the Laura creature, but of course, slowing down in the game to get a good look at her is MOST unwise. And for those a little concerned about getting this before you finish the game, I feel like it doesn't ruin anything. It's not a form of walk-through, it literally just describes the characters, how they became their final version and has some notes from the developers. But it doesn't ruin anything of the game or tell you how things will go down or explain why things are the way they are. At best it mentions things you either already assumed or figured out on a basic scale of game play. It graciously saves the genius of it all to the game itself. You'll see the monsters, and wonder when they'll come into play and how on earth will I survive it.

Great crazy show with surprising depth
When this show first started on Adult Swim I thought it looked ridiculously gross and I paid it no mind. Until I saw exactly one scene from season 3 about squirrels. I nearly died, and knew I had to check it out. I have never binge watched anything this quickly before in my life. This show is beyond entertaining, hilarious, makes great points and so many phenomenal one liners you HAVE to watch it multiple times to make sure you catch them all. I do believe you have to have a certain type of humor to appreciate it. I mean, clearly it's not for everyone. But beyond the laughs and the perfectly placed profanity, it continues to surprise you with the amount of character development and depth that pops up in certain episodes. You could be laughing your head off, and then something happens that makes you rethink what you just watched. Suddenly, there's a reason behind the crazy and the jokes. You get an eye opener on some of these characters and suddenly the whole story takes on meaning. It's no longer just another funny show out there to JUST be randomly funny. There is an underlining story that you get a little bit of piece by piece, here and there. The complexities of Rick are stripped down to a simple thing when we're allowed to see it. It's so enjoyable to see these little nuances, I could go on for days. Months ago I never would have thought that I would be so caught up in this show. Or, so enamored. If you have a sense of humor, want to laugh until you cry and want something with more meaning than the momentary laugh. Check this show out. And if in the end you feel like you wasted your time watching it, you can always build a portal gun, bail on your dimension, go to one where you didn't watch it, yet died, bury your dead self in the backyard and take their/your place. Best of luck.
