Why it's a must
If you carry the SD line IWB this eliminates the checkering scraping against your side or abdomen. Also any rubber grip helps to absorb recoil which is nice with polymer .40s
Also, very well made, you can never go wrong with pachmayr. I do wish the spacing was wider for the finger grooves but I also have size 13 fingers 🤷♂️
