  Do Not Recommend. A package being late/lost is not my fault, nor any seller's fault, that lies with the shipping service/carriers. Yet it was still felt necessary to open up a case against me for a $7 movie. I packed & shipped the movie quick, with the correct address & everything, & responded immediately & fairly to messages, like I always do. Sales are already very slow right now, this is the last thing I want to deal with.

  I stated on the seller's profile that it wasn't their fault, I just felt they could have done more to help find the package rather than try to convince me it would come. Ultimately, it did not, and because they would not give me a refund, I eventually waited and asked Ebay to help. Which is a part of their policy. I think I was very fair and logical, and it is unfortunate that this seller does not agree. Thank you.
