Not Sealed. Might be new.....
The software appears to be in good condition, very few minor scratches. The box was old and the corners were worn. The tape on the bottom of the box came loose with almost no effort. Like new condition would have been a better description.

Location of power button.
Overall I was satisfied with this case. The power button is not located correctly so you have to squeeze hard and sometimes more than once to turn phone off and on. Not user friendly.

Simply the best. They grip the material well and perform beyond expectation.
