ok, but not clear what is "premium" about it, except its price
1 - it is kinda quiet, but NOT "whisper quiet" as they claim. you will hear it from 20-30 ft distance in between the rooms, or even from another room at night. most room fans are quieter.
2 - also, started hearing rattling, stuttering noise coming from inside after several days of work.
3 - the very narrow water tank window makes it a major challenge to see the water level.
the previous, not so "premium" model has a much better observable water window.
4 - it does not even have a handle to carry it, as the previous model did; albeit, not perfect.
so, instead of fixing the faulty design, they got rid of the handle altogether. how smart or stupid it is?
So, it is not at all clear what is so "premium" about it, except the premium price over the previous model.
