Used a version of this as a hair tonic many years ago. Seems OK, not sure yet how effective it is but the smell makes me feel very nostalgic.

This seems to be a good quality item and certainly makes plants in my garden grow well.

Best for the job
I have not used this yet but bought it for an apple tree I am going to grow in a pot. It should provide extra food for such a big plant.
