Good value, with limitations
The lights do what they advertise and they do have a nice short time duration which I like. My only complaints are the high Kelvin rating of the lights produce too much of a blue light for my tastes. And the pattern is a little too much of a flood pattern for what I wanted them for. They may be fine for other people but we wanted to use them for foot lights to shine on a step at night, but they light up too much of the room for this application. If they had some type of pattern adjustment or a tighter beam, they would be much better, However at $15, its a good value if you can live with the bluish color.
