Years later
Bought these 3 years ago or so, very simple design not a single issue and no signs of wear! Have relocated the mounts several times and the black finish is still flawless. Oh and they are dirt cheap!!!!

Not quite perfect
Bought this set up for my 2014 sierra, and even after being a little worried about running 600 rms to a 350 rms subwoofer, everything is working great, and it really pounds! Wouldn't expect a sealed 10" to be heard from inside the house but again this set up exceeded my expectations. But here's the BUT... this will come with the speaker pre loaded into the box using a spacer ring because the speaker mounting depth is about a 1/4“ to deep for the box. With the spacer ring installed the down firing sub will be in contact with the floor of the truck, I was able to remedy the problem by routing a small crescent into the box where tge sub makes contact. I wish I could say that I'd the only problem, but the carpeting job is not very good at all, there is noticeable gaps at the seams and also spots where the carpeting wasnt glued down... This really is an amazing set up at an absolutely amazing price, just be ready to fix a few things
