  I've been asked for an extra £20 shipping fee due to where I live. Spoke to customer service and they've adviser that it's the seller's fault on how they listed the headboard. The system should've flagged the address and ask me for the correct fee, instead of taking my money for then the seller to cancel the order. I have tried to reason with the seller however he stopped responding and was quite rude. Do not give any money to this seller

  Absolutely love this bed had to work out which way up the wood whent to attach the head board but once I had got it I had no. complaints at all. worth the money👍
