Core Performance Plan
I bought this book because our department is doing a weight loss challenge. Two very fit coworkers have used this plan and got 4 of us to follow the routine for 12 weeks. We are half way through and ALLLLLL 4 of us have lost weight and started to lose inches. It really is a basic plan and some of the moves are not hard. Worth trying to get healthy.
