Smokey smell!!
The blow dryer was in great condition but as soon as I received the package and didn't even open it yet, the smell of smoke hit me. I kept it thinking it would air out but with it being a velvet touch it's taking a long time to air out and every time I blow to try my hair it smells extremely smokey. I love everything else about the blow-dryer, I had one previously and needed another.
