Cheap
This is a cheap low quality flag. I haven't measured it yet, but I don't even think that it is a true 3'x5' measurement. I DO NOT recommend purchasing this banner/flag whatever.

Not Worth It
1 of 2 found this helpful The quality is nothing spectacular, as far as the quality of paper and print. I was very disappointed with the purchase. I was expecting more than what these particular cards offered. Specifically, the cards are not in continuous order. (IE, the 4's will skip numbers and you have to take cards from a different number group to complete the set.) So the 4's may go 4x0, 4x1, 4x2, 3x4, 4x5, 4x6, 7x4, etc... They are all that way. You have to borrow cards from different number groups to complete a 0-12 order. It's pure pandemonium, and takes away from the simplicity of what the flash cards should be accomplishing. I would not waste money on these cards again. Pay a little more and get a better quality and organized set.
