Very good
Where I work we use two-way communication to provide services to our customers, and communicate task for other employees so I have to wear an ear piece all day. This one fits nicely in my ear, light weight, and very flexible (so your ear is not hurting at the end of the day). And with the long wires I can run them inside my shirt and no one really notice it

I have a 3way switch in my garage. I replaced 1 of the switches so now I can turn on the garage lights were before I had to fumbling in the dark to find the light switch.
