The buyer had a problem with USPS moving her package around. I have no idea why this happened, but I mailed it in a timely manner. She had the tracking information. She then opened a case stating she hadn’t received the package while the item was still in transit and being updated everyday by USPS which held funds. She had the same information I did.

Quality is poor

Lipstick hardly protrudes up and distributes the lipstick when clicking. Red shade is not as intense as desired and does not last.
