Dry
I ordered the trio.
I was eagerly awaiting them because my last had dried out.
I opened a package and used it and it was pretty dry. I ran the wand up my lashes a few times but there was no real difference.
My daughter, a model, was visiting and I gave her a pkg. she had the same problem
