MTHFR Issues

I have had genetic testing which has shown issues with methylation. Because of this, it is imperative that I take methyl folate and methyl B12. So far, so good

I've only been taking this for about a week and am noticing frequent rumblings, gurgurlings, and activity in my gut. I'm going to assume that means it's working. I have Hashimoto's which goes hand in hand with leaky gut and candida. A good probiotic is a must.
