Not new in box as advertised.

It was advertised as new. when opened some parts were wrapped in the manufacturers plastic bags others had been opened. We arranged for help to put it up and there was a PART MISSING. Fortunately it was only a decorative cover. The hassle of returning and rearranging help not worth the aggravation.
