looks right but no cigar
The plug looks like the right plug, and the Shark number is right, but this plug is way too loose. My stop gap wine cork fits better. It fits like it may be missing a gasket or something.

it doesn't fit
Even though the numbers on this product match the light bulb it was to replace & they looked the same in the pictures, the light didn't fit the floor lamp for which it was bought. The bracket for the plug is too narrow to fit over the ballast, so the connection was not made. To be fair, the lamp & ballast are quite old, so I guess the configuration has changed.
