Mueller Austria Ultra-Stick Immersion Blender.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased this immersion blender, but I had wanted one for some time. I wasn't quite prepared for the amount of power that this little blender has. My first adventure and lesson in respect for this blender was when I ended up with whipping cream all over my kitchen cabinet and counter. I am very happy that I bought it and look forward to the time it will save me in some food prep.
