One of the best and cheapest biohacks!
If you are a bio hacker or a health but if any sort, or you have any health issue, you'll be blown away by what is possible with earthing. It's free. Philips brand far exceeds off-brand
I thought something was wrong with my toothbrush, but when I switched to a Philips DiamondClean head, I got probably the best cleaning of my whole life. I had some concern it would be too abrasive, but it is not. I have regularly been going for a second brushing cycle, because it feels so nourishing to my teeth and gums! I'm so glad I discovered this, well worth an extra few bucks every 3 months.
