Expensive boat anchor
The printer arrived in great condition and looked like it was brand new. After turning it on and installing the ink cartridges it went thru the alignment process. I did have a challenge in connecting to my computer but finally got that to work. Now the problem. The printer scans and prints all of the tests that can be sent to it from the computer. They all look good, however if a document is sent to be printed all that comes out is a blank page. The same result happens when trying to make a copy at the printer. Tried the feeder and it works fine but still only get the blank page. What I have ended up with is a $194 plus change good looking boat anchor. There is an internal problem with the unit.
