lightweight and ease of installation
I only gave it a 4 because the needle positioner arrived broken, other than that the hardest thing about the installation was getting the old motor out (weighed 22 pounds) whereas the new motor weighed 8 pounds and everything matched right up, I was even able to use the old belt! So far I have only used it for some practice pieces but it seems this motor will perform just as described, plenty of downspeed and great torque...will post more after I use it some more to determine the long run use
