  I was sent an Italian blu-ray. It was listed under the UPC code for the American version. Seller was belligerent when contacted about the mistake, and instead of owning up to her error actually filed a case against me with E-bay! E-bay's answer to that case was to issue me a full refund. I could not recommend this seller.

  First, I am 100% sure this is not the Italian version. This is my personally owned BluRay movie and I've watched it myself many times and never had a problem. Second, I was not belligerent - maybe you thought I'm a large retailer and you could attempt this with them . There was no mistake, hence why I opened a case.Third - The eBay rep laughed when I explained the situation and let me keep 100% of the sale proceeds. You were supposed to return the product to me - you never did
