An adventure to assemble.
1 of 1 found this helpful The color of the wood almost perfectly matches living room/dining room furniture. The packing was quite good and even survived dents in the carton from something heavy being placed on it during shipping. I was a bit disappointed that the factory forgot to drill the pilot holes in the door for the hinges (I mounted the hinges to the frame and drilled the holes while my wife held the door up to the hinges). It was awkward, but it worked. Took me two days to assemble and I thought that I was missing parts twice...but I wasn't. I have not finished leveling it but the feet make that job easy. Kind of wish that the bottom cabinet had a drawer instead of the hinged door. The last three screws had no place to go...so I used two to anchor the bottom of the rear panel...again pre-drilling the holes myself. Directions were fair but a bit confusing where the bottom cabinet attached to the top...that was a bear to get to work right with the stamped wrench...which was almost too big for the space it needed to work in. It all came together and the locks work (with a bit of jiggle needed in the bottom section). Wood seems soft and easily dented on edge of glass door. We have no children and the wife likes to move furniture around at times so the added tip over anchor will not be used. I will tip it slightly towards the wall to make it work up against the base molding in the room.
