I purchased this as a replacement. I had this cup but lost my lid. My cup until lid gone kept my coffee hot for at least 5-6 hours. The insert is also an issue as it is not connecting firmly to the clear plastic case. Again my original cup was snug. Since all appeared to be new just as seller stated I know it must be something to do with manufacturer. The only plus is being able to draw a picture but since the plastic isn't snug it is constantly getting messed up.

1 of 2 found this helpful really like the large screen for pics, screensavers that move, and the slider feature, dislike that it has to be charged almost daily and that there isn't a ringtone that is exceptionally loud. purchased it because it was a slider and compatible with US Cellular.
