Use alot of Neutrogena products this one does not work on my lips
Use alot of Neutrogena products but this one did not work for me. No lip plumping that I can see!

Great product
I'm in my early 70's used this product for 3 yrs then couldn't find it. So glad I went to ebay. Very good for dry to very dry skin.
