A bargain!
Very well made, fits perfectly, a good upgrade if your fork has slightly soft springs and/or your load vary a lot.

Not as loud as expexted
2 of 2 found this helpful It wasn't night and day louder compared to the stock horn on my MT-07 / FZ-07. In fact, the gain in loudness was a bit disappointing. The tone, however, is much deeper and far more pleasant. The difference between a child and a grownup. So I'm not embarrassed to sound the horn anymore, but nor do I manage to waken sleepy car drivers with it.

Something every owner should have
As per - in my experience - typical Haynes, you do need to know your way around a tool kit in order to get what you need from this manual; pictures are of poor quality and descriptions are lacking. Especially if you have a Deauville, and particularly if you are not experienced with wrenching, you will likely struggle to understand how to undo things like fairing and saddlebags, for instance.
On the positive side, though, the manual has a lot of specifications that you will need in order to tighten all nuts and bolts to the correct torque settings, filling the fork to the correct level with oil etc. They even provide the same information, when relevant, through several chapters - really good!
Overall, I would recommend the manual to anybody owning a model covered within - even those who do not typically do their own wrenching, as you never know when you need to adjust or fix something out on the road.
