Defective Frog@Ease Smartchlor Cartridges
I received a Frog@Ease Smartchlor when I bought my hot tub. It lasted one full month as specified. But the set of 3 smartchlor cartridges that I received were defective and only lasted one week each even though they were at their lowest releast setting (I had them at 1, the lowest compared to 4, the highest chlorine release). I can see if one of the cartridges came defectived but all of them emptied the chlorine into the hot tub within a week which also made the water smell of chlorine and unusable for a couple days while it evaporated. Though the price was lower than Amazon, I definitely didn't get the value I paid for.
