Big surprise in tiny footprint!
Life it too short to drink bad coffee ... so I've been a Keurig customer since they first hit the market. There is ALWAYS a Keurig product in my home ... but I also work part-time (weekend/holiday only) at our local newspaper. I had been looking for a tiny tiny little Keurig to sit on my desk but did not take up too much space. On the recommendation of a colleague of mine, I looked for this size-perfect Hamilton Beach unit and immediately ordered it. IT'S PERFECT (takes up same footprint space as my coffee mug). The quality of the brew process equals that of the Keurig product and has an immediate "auto off" for appropriate safety protocols.
This is my Birthday Present to ME.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Good Buy ... for the price
For my everyday use ... this a just fine. Kind of like a large "stick". Wish they would have added better accessory pieces.

Excellent product - Highly recommended
As a retired Pest Control Tech, I have used this product in a variety of settings ... always with success. Finding it available on eBay is wonderful.
