Parrotheads should Phlock to this CD
Nadirah has the voice of an Angel. As the backup singer for Jimmy Buffett, Nadirah has been a fan favorite for many years. She finally gets to let her talent shine through on her own CD. Parrotheads never fear because Jimmy actually shows up on two songs on this CD. If you love her background on Son of a Son of a Sailor, just wait until you hear her own rendition. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Shakoor in Chicago and was disappointed when she had run out of CD's at her previous night's concert. As soon as I returned home I ordered this CD and was not disappointed.
