Great Value Great Qquality
The price drew me in but it was the quality that I ended up appreciating. They are thin, but they are small so they have to be. It is doing the job for me. They fill in nicely, no problems encountered. Capping was as easy as the larger sized caps. I will continue buying as they will save us a lot of money in the long run. I encapsulate potassium and milk thistle in these capsules, two products that are taken in small doses. Thank you.

Freshness and Value
I bought the two-pound package because I wanted to parcel it into smaller vacuum-sealed packets and freeze them. I also shared it with my sister-in-law and she immediately made a loaf of ciabatta bread and it was wonderful. The yeast bloomed beautifully, the dough rose very nicely, and the flavor was that fresh-out-of-the-oven fresh. The yeast smelled fresh out of the package. It was not clumpy and flowed freely from the package. I would buy this again.
