Roll of Tissue flies off handle!

I liked the look of it. I like that it had a little shelf where I could sit my cell phone. Sad though the roll of tissue flies off or either works it self off the arm thing that holds it. See the pictures. I figure out away to keep it on the arm thing. First I tried this large rubber band but it would pop off and eventually broke. I finally figured out another way to keep the roll on the arm. Nothing like duck tape this stuff good for so many uses. I put it at the end of the arm thing. Then I had some stick on velcro. I put one piece of the velcro on the shelf and the other piece that sticks to velcro on the duck tape. So I'm able to fasten it once I replace the toilet tissue roll. At least it stays on. After showing the seller the pictures of how I had to keep the tissue on the,arm holder he gave me partial refund. Oh well glad I got it to work for me somehow. Someone need to revised this design.
