Just plain works.
If you're an Insteon user this is perfect where you have an older style light switch and want to keep that type of cover plate. Works just like any other Insteon switch.

If you need a good blank these will fit the bill
They worked as advertised. Simple blank and they were easy to get cut. My original had a small (and weak) flashlight in them. These didn't but I don't think the regular keys did. Only on the higher end 3 series.
