Came “new” but was obviously used without being cleaned
Came in used with bits of coffee grind still stuck on some filters. Packaging was loose — essentially the entire contraption was rolling around in its own box without bubble wraps or paper to fill the voids. Rubber seal heavily stained with coffee. Even the outside was dirty.
It brews fine and I would’ve been okay with it had the description been “used” instead of “new”.
