Quality Router Template Guide Set for a good price.
Needed a good Router Template Guide Set and this one does the trick! Has all the common sizes and a sturdy case to protect them as well.

Keeps Solar Fan running after sun goes down
The attic stays hot even after there is not enough light on the solar panel. This allows the fan to keep running until the attic is cooled down, thus keeping the house cooler.

Useful and provides secure phone display.
This mount is pretty good and holds the phone securely, although one must be careful if your power sockets are a bit on the wider side, the mount will rotate unexpectedly. This is easily remedied with a plastic shim however.
