Refurb unit has a couple of issues, but Dyson support saves the day
1 of 1 found this helpful The V10 has good suction and battery life if you use it on low. Battery life is directly related to the power setting. It seemed to work well for the first couple of weeks, then the tools wouldn't snap into place, and the dirt canister started having problems opening and closing which hampered attaching of tools. I called Dyson support, and they were top notch, and in my case, used video chat to see the issues. Since the device is still in warranty they are sending parts to remedy the problem.
