4 dB LOUDER
Recorded my 10mFan Merlot (rollover baffle) with and without Hot Sax Baffle...
Using the same recorder, playing the same licks at the same velocity, the results were this:
The track WITH the Sax Baffle was 4dB louder than the one without... without significantly changing the tone... which is exactly what I wanted...
I did put it more than 1/4" from tip... as I felt it would be too close to the reed... check before removing backing from Baffle... as long as you don't press it too hard, there is a little movement allowed to center it... (I barely attached it a toothpick at the tip... made it easier to place)...

New Mouthpiece
Just got a Merlot 3-D printed 9*.... tried several different synthetics on it.... it "sings" with the Legere...
