Obvious parady of shark attack movie great laughs, fun film
I think most folks who didn't like this film didn't realize it was a tongue in cheek teasing of the whole sea adventure genre. The film goes out of it's way to gove the audience what they want to see, regardless of how little sense it may make. It is a fun movie to watch.

Darker than the first movie or the book.
I was engaged throughout, thinking I knew what was coming. I had read the bood and had seen the original movie. I was wrong. This is a very different film than what I was expecting. Much darker. Can't say how without ruining it, but the end is nothing you've seen before. Small spoiler here. When Church dies, it happens off camera. I am grateful for that. Worth a watch

Interesting though a little too self aware.
1 of 1 found this helpful This movie has some continuity problems and bad acting, mainly I the delivery of lines. It tries to be edgy but the result is a film that looks like it's trying to be edgy. Some gratuitous nudity, sad attempts at shock.still interesting to watch.
