Was not the color advertised in the listing. I specifically wanted the metallic ombre. I tried contacting the seller to get a refund or replacement but got no response. Worse still the brush I received was sent via Amazon and I ended up paying $2 over the Amazon price for a brush I didn’t even want! Will not do business with this seller again, I gave them a chance to make it right and they have only ignored me. They don’t accept returns so I’m stuck with an overpriced brush that I didn’t want!

Package supposedly "got damaged" during transport, but a tracking number the seller provided could not be linked to any shipper. Finally, the shipment was marked "delivered" (Fed Ex does not deliver on Sundays). Again, tracking was a fake set of numbers. Contacting the seller went nowhere. What's really behind this and similar "too cheap to be true" sales that never arrive? My guess: this is a racket to position sellers to the top of eBay listings, with super low prices they can't deliver.

Tracking says package in progress, weighs 70 pounds; item ordered is size and weight of a drinking straw 2 Notified item is delivered 3 Check delivery pic on FedEx, see (undamaged) package for different item, on porch of different house Not out any $ but time wasted, feel I’ve been used in a trafficking scam
